No more awkward waiting rooms or judgmental receptionists - just you, your results, and instant access to our care team. All from your couch.
More at-home tests are coming soon. Want first dibs? Drop us your email, and you'll be the first to learn about new test availability.
Purchase a kit through the trusti™ website or grab one at one of our events. Make an account while you're at it (we promise it's painless!).
First time testing? No worries!
Once you've purchased a kit and created an account, you can pre-book an appointment with a nurse who'll walk you through everything. They'll help you complete your test and interpret the results, at no extra cost to you.
Already mid-test? Click "Complete My Test" to access our test instruction walk-through or use the instruction sheet in your kit.
The INSTI® HIV Self Test, a pipette for easier blood collection, condoms, and lube.
Simple as that.
Look, we know forms are annoying, but this screening helps our nurses figure out what's actually going on with your sexual health.
HIV testing is appropriate for everyone, but timing matters and it's important to understand your potential exposure. Depending on your sexual history and when you last tested, you might not be in the testing window yet. We ask about your exposure history to ensure accurate and timely testing for your risk level.
If you've had an HIV exposure in the last 72 hours, or you're noticing some concerning STI symptoms, we'll need you to skip the at-home test and head straight to in-person care. Why? Because you might need PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis), emergency contraception, or other immediate treatment. Let's get you the right care at the right time.
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Your sex life changes and so does your health status. That's why we ask you to do a fresh screening with every test. It helps our nurses give you the most accurate care recommendations based on what's actually happening with your health right now.
Ugh, that's frustrating! Contact our customer support team by email or phone and we'll sort it out.
feedback@trusti.caSorry, once your order's out for delivery, we can't redirect it. But you can update your address for future orders by going to the My Account dashboard and selecting 'Edit Address'.
Not officially. We do need a name for shipping and payment, however, if you buy or receive a kit in person, you can create an account with just an email and a preferred name that doesn't have to include any identifying information.
Regardless, any account information is stored separately from your health screenings, appointment details, and results reporting.

No, you're never required to report your test results. But if you do share them, it helps our nurse team better connect you with the detailed support if needed. Plus, your deidentified data helps track STI rates in Ontario and understand how HIV is spreading in Canada. We may share anonymous statistics with public health bodies and researchers to develop better testing technology and support communities in need.
